The media are seriously cranking up the anti UKIP campaign. Like Saddam Hussein's statue Farage will eventually be toppled. The only question is will EUKIP survive ?

The media are good at highlighting your weaknesses - it makes news and sells news.
As far as I can see all the Westminster parties have come in for a share of being media-bashed lately, even the DimLibs, but not SNP - do I smell a rat ?
To me the UKIP-bashing underlines the pro-EU media determination to undermine UKIP, whose resources have always been too thin to prevent shot-myself-in-foot syndrome.
Whether all of this matters will perhaps show up in tomorrow's by-election result. If UKIP come 2nd it spells trouble for Cameron not UKIP.
Boris stopped the next London Tube strike by compromising with the unions. Cameron must be worried by Boris and a bad result tomorrow will pile on the pressure.
