Cockburn was easily made to look foolish today by Gerard Batten. As with Mogg she had not done her homework and did not know what she was talking about. As with Mogg her smirking efforts to catch Gerard out fell apart on her simple factual errors. She is a rotten journalist who does not sufficiently check her facts
Batten opted to be employed by the EU on the same terms and conditions as UK MPs
He has spoken in the European parliament on every opportunity afforded to him.
How long can the BBC justify employing at our expense this mediocrity
