I only know Matthew Hancock who had the next office to mine in the BoE  advisors corridor. He was Gideon Osbornes creature. Leopards don't change their spots  like Mrs May's shoes .

I like some of the women, Pritti  and Andrea but not Rudd or  Morgan. Rabb is clever and straight Saj must be better than Hammond

Best of all is Dominic Cummins. I saw some of his stuff when I worked for Vote Leave. He is the boy to sort out the many Sir Humphreys in the Civil Service. It is long overdue. He will make the bullets and Boris will fire them.
