UKIP's Farage strategy starts to unravel

UKIP put all their eggs in the Farage basket. I remember Sausages Gill ex Tory MP telling me how wonderful Farage was but as a BoE old hand I knew the importance of hedging your bets. Egged on by the likes of Gill and the Farage worshipping, self seeking cabal UKIP have not hedged their position. If Farage goes then so does UKIP and all the poor shafted members of UKIP go as well.

The media including the BBC know this are moving in for the kill. Hence the Farage and Annabelle Fuller story was a main item on last nights 10 pm news. The Daily Mail kept the story running today as did the Daily Telegraph and the Times. Farage has denied he had an affair with Fuller but its the Sun jounos he should be worried about. They will be out waving their cheque book to break Farage's story if they can. They usually succeed.

UKIP members have been conned and believe Farage can walk on water. They are going to find out soon he can't. The denoument may come during the Clegg debate with some interesting info finding its way to the Clegg camp.

The Farage saga about infidelity mirrors real life. How many men, having found no solace in the bedroom, turn to younger flesh. I can name a hatful starting wih the latest; Hollande - still in power, Berlusconi - very naughty, Mitterand - wife accepted the situation. The reverse also applies; MacMillan - a cuckolded leader.

From the comments of Mrs. Kirsten Farage she seems to accept that her man is a "strayer" and has been happy to take the golden payout.

Most people in the world understand the sexual situation of wives over 40 who let other women do the shagging bit provided they get the loot.

The damage is in taking EU money to pay for such a lifestyle.

It will be interesting to see where this runs. They say that there is no such thing as bad publicity. A beer-drinking, fag-smoking and now a shagging guy. Well, he's one of the boys, let's vote for him.

You may be right Alan but its the cover up that gets them. If Farage is proven to have been telling porkies then he is toast.

Agree, Eric - and the hypocrisy of criticizing the EU whilst taking their (our) money.

I did not agree with Ala Sked's position (like Sinn Fein)of being elected but not going to Parliament as it is nsulting to the people who voted for you.

If only the UKIP MEP's had said that they will go to Brussels to expose what is happening, but give some of their salary to local charities. They are all n it or the money, not the cause.

They will fail the anti-EU movement. And good riddance to UKIP.

Then something better can arise.
