Appeasing bullies never works. They just come back for more

I did think that Mr Hitler had taught our political elite that lesson in 1939-45 and that we had paid for this lesson with much of our blood and gold. It seems however the lesson has been forgotten especially by Mrs May.

Its not as if she had not been warned.  The EU's despicable treatment of the Greeks chronicled by Yanis Varoufakis was there for all to see what horrible neo Nazis run the EU. The arrogance and  selective blindness of the FCO is endless. Don't worry your little head PM we get a  better deal than the Greeks. We are the best diplomats in the world. I had heard that fairy tale before in 1972/73. It was a fiction then and its a fiction now.

Mrs May believed this tale because she wanted to believe it. Appeasement  and avoiding arguments is her  creed so she went against DD's wishes not to accept the EU's timetable on not discussing the trade deal along with the money right at the start. She was on the slippery slope right then and down she went taking our country with her. She dashed off at 4 am one morning to sign of this awful back stop deal. Barnier knew then that for sure she was a push over and aided by Ollie he has been pushing her around ever since.

We cannot afford to continue with this incompetent duplicitous woman as our PM. Its either her or our country. Its time for one of the leading Brexiteers to put the knife in. I think DD would do a good job as PM but anybody who believes in Brexit would be better than Mrs May. Its time to stop appeasing the EU bullies. Its them or us.

You won't find me saying a nice word about Mrs May but the REAL problems are not political 'individuals' but our whole system of governance which needs drastic reform as demanded by The Harrogate Agenda.

In truth Theresa May should have resigned on the 9th June 2017 after a disastrous General Election that almost put Jeremy Corbyn into No.10 by default and poor politics. The establishment had written JM off as a joke and nearly paid the price for arrogance. May does have many good qualities and keeping calm and being patient are obviously high on the list. At this late stage it seems too late to change the leader or direction of travel. I cannot recall David Davies openly trying change direction during the early stages of the negotiations. Labour smell blood and they will use the situation and weakness to force a general election, install a commy in No.10 and keep the UK within the EU.
